The Office for Climate Education (OCE) is participating in a training workshop on integrating climate change education into Zambia’s school curriculum. Organized from February 17 to 22, 2025, in Ndola, this event is led by the Zambian Ministry of Education with support from UNESCO as part of the Greening Education Partnership (GEP) and the FACE NDC project.

For the second consecutive year, a 4-day training week on Climate Change Education will be held in Malaysia from November 18th to November 21st, 2024.

Over the past five years, the Office for Climate Education (OCE) has led the ALEC project, the first and largest effort in Latin America to integrate climate and biodiversity education into the formal education system. Our participation in COP16 aimed to share the lessons learned throughout this journey and emphasize the essential role of education as a driver for achieving the goals of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework.

From October 18th to 20th, a 3-day training workshop on Climate Change Education will be held in Sofia. This event is co-organized by Teach For Bulgaria and the Office for Climate Education.

From 1-2 October, the Office for Climate Education will lead a 2-day mutual learning event on transforming school cultures through quality climate education in Banoštor, Serbia. This event is part of the Lead for EcoJustice Initiative, which is led by the Network of Education Policy Centers (NEPC). It will bring together 20 participants from educational partner institutions from Croatia, Hungary, Serbia, and Slovenia.

On September 23 and 24, the Office for Climate Education (OCE) will participate in the international conference titled "The Concerns of Youth in the Contemporary Context," organized by the University of Pau and the Adour Region (UPPA) and the IST Pierre Bourdieu in Pau.
