PAU: Join the international seminar on youth concerns!
On September 23 and 24, the Office for Climate Education (OCE) will participate in the international conference titled "The Concerns of Youth in the Contemporary Context," organized by the University of Pau and the Adour Region (UPPA) and the IST Pierre Bourdieu in Pau.
Open to researchers and the general public, this event features a program with lectures, round tables, and discussions led by numerous speakers such as Sébastien Chapellon, Psychologist and Associate Professor at the University of Guyana or Dr. Dorsaf Ben Ismail, Lecturer at the Higher Institute of Childhood Officers at the University of Carthage in Tunisia.
As part of the "Concerns and Climate Issues" module, Simon Klein, a science mediator at OCE, will speak to address the question: "How can climate change education respond to the concerns of young people?" This lecture will present the initial results of a study on eco-anxiety conducted by OCE.
